This is a budget hotel so our expectations weren’t very high, however I have stayed in much better budget hotels. I’ve no idea how this one has 3 stars. The room was very shabby and definitely not soundproof as described on the website. There was a chunk missing from the bottom of the door! The room also had an unpleasant musty smell. There was an error with our booking and we had one less bed than I had booked, so I had to share a bed with my daughter which was very annoying, but the hotel was full so there was nothing they could do about it. There was also an error when we checked out and they tried to charge us for one of the rooms twice, despite us showing proof of payment. Positives? The beds were clean and comfortable and it was in a convenient central location. Would we stay again though? No.

It is a very well located hotel, with very basic rooms. The rooms look old and the beds are not very comfortable. The rooms size are adequated for the type of hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is better than expected, they have nice cheese and cold cuts.

Good hotel in the historic center so very comfortable. Quite basic but clean and for a few nights it's more than fine. Very friendly staff. Also possible paid parking but unavoidable especially on motorbikes. Recommended

Reception located on the 3rd floor: great when the elevator is broken and you have to climb the stairs with your luggage! And unfortunately it wasn't the first time. Very very cool temperature in the breakfast room. Half of the bedroom lighting is out of order. The only real assets of this hotel: its location and its staff. Which won't be enough for me to go back there one day.

As always in Ibis hotels, I was satisfied. The room and the breakfast buffet were OK. The location is very central. The reception was friendly. There is a garage. If there is no space in the garage, there is also a public parking garage very close to the hotel garage.

Totally dilapidated hotel and in dire need of renovation: broken elevator (reception on the 3rd floor!), gloomy staircase, shabby room and paper-like sheets. However, the bed was clean and ok in terms of firmness, that's already it. Questionable brown carpet in the room, holes in the walls, poorly painted paint on a plaster from the 70s... generally to be avoided

Dilapidated rooms, we had a room whose door was exploded then another with residual waste in the bathroom trash can, moldings torn off... Well located and that's it! Unworthy of its 3* classification, far from the standard expected at Ibis.
