Front staff - there was an old woman who didn't smile, nor show any customer care spirit at all. A young man was nice though when I checked in. Coffee refills costs 15 dkk?! - I chose not to have a room cleaning next morning. So I didn't get coffee refills. Later the evening went to ask to get some, a woman staff said I had to pay for it. But you're supposed to get free 2 coffee refills -- but because they closed the cashier already, she keeps saying I have to pay for them. I felt like the staff is not very well trained, there is no customer service exists in the hotel. Breakfast - super busy, tables are not cleaned. I had to sit down someone's after-eat-messy table. Food was ok not anything special as I didn't expect anything. It looks like they close the cashier / front desk after certain hours at night. I thought ”hotels” would always have 24hrs reception??
