We had a great time in this hotel. The room was cosy and beautiful. The food was extraordinary: the breakfast buffet was diverse and the dinner menu was excellent. A big part of the enjoyment is the location of the hotel: apart from the town, surrounded by nature. Special thanks to Laura, who welcomed us to the hotel and accompanied our stay there with kindness and warmth (and her great English skills :-)) The only negative point is that we almost never saw anybody at the reception.

Net terug van het super hotel. De ligging is schitterend. Midden de bossen ,dus heel rustig. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. De gemeenschappelijke delen zijn schitterend. De slaapkamers zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Zeker de douches! Het ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid. Helaas elke dag hetzelfde. Ook wordt er traag aangevuld. Het diner is subliem! Proficiat aan de kok. Dranken zijn nogal prijzig. Er zijn wel degelijk kamers met balkon. Hier is ook een zitje voorzien.

Hotel Weissmùhle is een echt Duits klassiek 3 sterren hotel. Dit hotel ligt 2.5 km vanuit het centrum Cochem aan het einde van een smalle doodlopende weg midden in de bossen. Dus van uitzicht hier is gèèn sprake. Rondom het hotel is het allemaal bos, dus hou je van wandelen en rust, dan zit je hier goed. Lopend naar t centrum ben je al gauw een half uur bezig. Bij het hotel is er genoeg parkeerplaats. Al het personeel is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en ruim voldoende. Het diner is van bijzonder HOGE kwaliteit. De chef kok, tevens eigenaar kan geweldig koken. Alle gerechten worden vers klaar gemaakt, dus bijzonder smaak vol, dit hadden we echt nog nooit mee gemaakt. Je kunt echt spreken van culinair hoogstandjes . Ook de bediening was top. Bij Moselromantik – Weissmuhle geniet je van een rustig verblijf.

L'hôtel est super bien situé dans un endroit calme et boisé. L'accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme des hôtes est au top, alors que dire des repas.....un grand 10/10 d'une saveur, d'une variété, et du goût...que du bonheur. Hôtel à conseiller en famille

Prima hotel, mooi rustig gelegen in een dal aan het einde van een doodlopende weg. Cochem is een half uurtje wandelen. Kamers zijn op zich prima, ik had nummer 206 en die keek uit tegen een berg, niet echt een vrij uitzicht maar wel Kamer was mooi, badkamer is netjes maar wel op leeftijd. Bed vond ik persoonlijk te hard maar dat ligt voor iedereen anders. Kamer was wel wat gehorig, naast het bed zat een tussendoor naar een aangrenzende kamer en die was niet echt geluiddicht. Koelkastjes aanwezig, verder geen waterkoker oid maar die neem ik standaard altijd zelf mee. Restaurant was top, 3 x een 3 gangen menu mogen gebruiken. Alles maaltijden waren prima en de bediening top. Ontbijt was lekker uitgebreid en voor de uitslapers, het is mogelijk tot 10.30 te ontbijten! Mooie wandelroute van ca 11 km die start direct bij het hotel en leidt langs diverse watermolens. Deze is niet aanbevolen voor onervaren wandelaars trouwens.

Klasse Hotel mit einem erstklassigen Essen und perfektem Service. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wir hatten Halbpension und fanden ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und erstklassiges Abendessen mit 4 Gänge vor. Sehr gute Küche mit alternativem Hauptgericht zwischen Fisch und Fleischgericht als Auswahl. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Weinbegleitung. Der Service konnte jeden Wein gut beschreiben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Weißmühle war wirklich super, das Personal war sehr freundlich, im Restaurant wurden wir toll beraten und bedient, das Essen war spitze, die Zimmer geräumig und schön und auch der Hund war gut untergebracht. Sehr gerne wieder für einen kurzen Urlaub :-)

Echt klassiek Duits familiehotel met de bijhorende vriendelijkheid en gezelligheid, diners waren héél lekker en gevarieerd, verzorgd ontbijt met roerei gemaakt met echte eieren i.p.v. met poeder wat tegenwoordig al een zeldzaamheid is, het hotel buitenstappen en je bent al op enkele mooie wandelroutes. Zelf hadden we er geen probleem mee maar voor wie graag TV kijkt toch een klein minpuntje, op TV waren er enkel Duitstalige zenders te zien terwijl er tijdens ons verblijf er enkel Belgen en Nederlanders logeerden.
