The setting at the far end of the jetty some 10 mins walk from the delightful centre of Wyck cannot be beaten; glorious views from our balcony on a summer's evening out to the calm waters of this inlet of the Baltic, and a well-laid out two-level room (but with steep stairs up to the bedroom part). Easy parking, and an intriguing approach through the narrow streets of the charming village. Poor wifi in the room itself. There are decent restaurants in Wyck itself, and Greifswald is easy to reach by bus, but we were disappointed at the indifferent welcome and no attempt to offer alternatives after they brusquely told us their own restaurant was fully booked.

The hotel is in a great location, right at the entrance to the harbor. Quiet, beautiful room with a great view. Breakfast was very good. Parking is free. You can take lovely walks through the old fishing village (Wiek) from there.

The location is beautiful, the lounge with breakfast room is wonderful. The breakfast is good. The hotel is difficult to reach, you have to take a big detour to get to the city center by car because the bridge is not drivable. The hotel is not family-friendly, at least not for strollers. There are no ramps or storage space for strollers. The two-story rooms are poorly laid out, the lower room is difficult to use for the stay. During our stay the toilet was being replaced, we were politely asked to leave the room, and 2 hours later the room smelled of silicone. The hotel did not apologize or offer us a coffee or something similar. We had to pay €15 per day for our poodle, who does not shed hair and is otherwise well-behaved. For nothing! The coffee is terrible... We did not like it and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent one night there. The rooms were very tidy, the bathroom spacious. From the balcony you had a lovely view of parts of the harbour. There are also rooms with a view of the Greifswalder Bodden. The food in the restaurant in the evening was delicious and beautifully presented. It was topped off by an extraordinarily varied and hearty breakfast! Overall we were very satisfied and would come back anytime.
