Very friendly reception. We had made an emergency booking shortly before after transferring elsewhere. So this was not the hotel of our choice. Very friendly and helpful treatment, excellent breakfast buffet, very neat. Unfortunately no Dutch, English or American TV channels. Also not very atmospheric.

We were in Grefrath for the last 3 days for a family event and checked into the Hotel Haffmanns. From the inquiry, to the booking, the reception, the stay, to the departure - everything was tip-top and first-class service! Mr. Nopper and his wife are extremely friendly and keen to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. The rooms are already furnished, large, bright, and friendly. We would love to come back!
