Best stay in a long time. It was amazing from speaking on the phone with customer service to checking out 10 stars!!! Breakfast was great! I needed more bacon and pineapple every day!

Really great property in every way except the fact it is two blocks from train tracks and the trains come through ALL NIGHT long and blow their whistles continually for several minutes at a time while they roll through. Woke me up 12-15 times throughout the night; barely got any sleep at all. So other than no sleep at all, it was great.

Our stay was for 5 nights. We were not aware that housekeeping is very limited for extended stays. They only empty garbage and leave clean towels. I stay in a hotel rather than private rental accommodation because of the little bit of pampering offered by someone making my bed up every morning. Disappointed when this was not offered. And the one staff member at the front desk was far from courteous when explaining. We were never rude and were shocked at the attitude in such a nice hotel.

The bed was comfortable! Close to many places to eat. Housekeeping never came after we talked to her as we were stepping out for awhile. Other than that it was ok.

We were here to see friends, so didn’t get to check out downtown area. But seemed like a nice area and very convenient to the Greer area! Nice breakfast options and place in the hotel.
