Don't do anything out of the norm. Cause u would end up with other charges on your credit card. And rooms were not classified as non smoking rooms

Only hotel near BMW. Stay was fair as expected. Allowed me to check in early.

Danny at front desk was great! Did not approve or appreciate smoking in room above me. Had to change hotels could not stay there! Broken
hairdryers tv remote had water inside which the front desk came and had to fix

Stay somewhere else
We ended up staying one night as a last minute decision during bad weather…we are very glad we only were in the room for less than 12 hours. The furniture was all worn and torn, the carpeting felt like there was a sticky film all over it, the whole place smelled like stale cigarettes. The linens were stained. The air conditioning unit was so loud and didn’t work properly. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. We made waffles for the kids and they were sour tasting, the apple juice tasted sour as well. They should probably check the expiration on their food items before someone gets really sick.

Would not feel safe traveling alone here. Breakfast is dismal consisting of coffee cereal and packaged muffins.

Clean the cleaners
The main issue is odor. The carpets in halls and room smell strongly of chemical cleaners. If took a long time to adapt and caused nasal issues.
