We just got back from a week at Sandals Dunn's River and it was amazing. As an emerald member of Sandals this was my ninth trip and it was outstanding. Our club level room was perfect. The housekeeping staff was great and cleaned thoroughly daily around the same time. The restaurants were good. My favorite was the Italian restaurant with the French restaurant being second. The entertainment was great, especially on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Ray and Orion were very talented and kept the crowd going. The resort itself is beautiful- new and clean. There seemed to be enough chairs for everyone either around the pool or on the beach. We never had a problem getting them. Overall it was a great experience. We can't wait to go back again. Unfortunately, we didn't write down specific names of the staff, but they were all very friendly and helpful. The club Sandals desk is always very helpful with check in, reservations and anything needed during the trip. The only bad part was listening to the "Good-Bye Song."

My family and I had an unforgettable stay at Sandals Dunn’s River. From the moment we arrived, Nicholas at the front desk went above and beyond, showing us to our room and giving us a thorough overview of the resort's amenities along with ensuring our stay was good every time we saw him. The restaurants were exceptional, doing everything they can to accommodate our group of 16! The bartenders truly enhanced our experience, with Davaughn and Mark at the pool bar and Mario and Mark in the evening crafting phenomenal drinks and creating a fun atmosphere. Hope we didn’t cause too much trouble!! Special thanks to Omanda, O’Ryan, Ray, and Jada for their outstanding service—they truly made our stay even more memorable. The talent and dedication from the staff was truly amazing. Their commitment to cleanliness gave us peace of mind and made our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this resort to anyone who values exceptional standards of care and comfort.

Four of us went for a birthday celebration to SDR in December and it was a fantastic experience!! We have been there before and the new 2.0 version of Sandals is unbelievable with a beautiful resort and grounds and many excellent food choices and restaurants. The spa was fantastic. The staff at SDR takes care of your every need and were always checking on us to be sure everything was going great on our vacation experience. This is where it all started for us at the old Sandals Dunn's river 27 years ago and the NEW version is incredible. This was our second trip back to the New Sandals Dunn's River and we already booked 2025

Sandals Dunns River was everything and more than expected. Worth every penny. Janelle, a server on the beach, with her infectious smile stood out to us as well as Kay in the Epix studio. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will be back and can't wait to experience more Sandals has to offer!

This is our 9 th Sandals we loved the resort easy to get around.My husband has a hard time walking so our butler got him a wheelchair to use .We love Jamaica they are so friendly all the employees went about to make our stay wonderful.Our room was ALWAYS clean and supplied with everything we needed.Our butler’s Michael and Shanice were amazing we like cheese and crackers with a bottle of Champagne at 3 every day and it was always there They did everything for us to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.Mark the bartender at the swim up pool makes the BEST hummingbirds .Thank you Mark .This property was easy for me to push my husband in the wheelchair and everyone was willing to help.The food at all Sandals is ok some restaurants better than others .One suggestion we had a swim up room the water was like ice I noticed no one used it it would have been nice with heated water.This is definitely one of our favorite Sandals.

Just went to Sandals Dunns River for Christmas. We went in June and our luggage was lost for 3 days, but the staff was able to find it and made our stay good. We had the BEST butlers, Dexter and Ricardo, so we wanted to get the real experience with them and booked a last minute deal. Dexter and Ricardo were attentive and made our vacation a 10+. The Butler manager (forgot how to spell her name) made our vacation so wonderful that we are returning for Christmas 2025!

The service was exceptional the property is amazing,food was top tier with plenty of options also very attentive to all dietary restrictions plenty of vegan options,butler's Ricardo and Dexter made the experience for my wife an I one to remember can't wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed this resort. Friendly staff, wonderful butlers Ricardo and Dexter, fantastic room best in resort rm 2618 Mammee butler level. Fantastic view of the resort and water. Great food and service. Would highly recommend. Jamaica 2.0
