Sandals Dunns River All Inclusive Couples Only

We went to Sandals Dunn’s River for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The service was 10/10, specifically O’Ryan from entertainment, Orwen from the buffet, Randy from the front desk, and Jerome J at the bar. They didn’t just make us feel welcome, but made us feel at home. O’Ryan was like our best friend on the trip. We invited him to lunch with us one day and we were able to learn more about the Jamaican culture and had a great conversation with him. Orwen made our mornings extra special and made sure to start each day off on a high note. We definitely made life long friendships and can’t wait to come back. The resort was absolutely beautiful. All the food and drinks were great.

First time visiting a Sandals Resort. By far the best vacation my husband and I have ever been on. The entire staff definitely makes you feel like family. Everyone greets you with a smile. If this is your first time visiting any sandals resort, I’d recommend going with a suite that has butler service. They absolutely make everything go so smoothly and can answer all your questions. We had Eshaan and Dejhanae. Great service by the both of them!! The live entertainment with Ray was a great show! I would highly recommend taking the time out of your night to enjoy at least one of them.

It’s an amazing resort. The staff is wonderful and.Dehrk The general manager went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time. We met amazing people from London and Louisiana. We will definitely go back. It’s a newer resort so they have a lot of great amenities.

Chef Carlos and Chef Jessica at the Edessa Restaurant OMG!!!! on behalf of my friends and family we love you guys. We were a 10 pack dining team and the meals were exceptional , plated like a true pro!!! I love it soo much . You guys really topped everything off chef Jessica gave we the females some beautiful flowers at the end of the meals going into dessert wonderful we felt extremely honored. Cassie our server love you girl well done . We will be coming back .!!!!!!

We booked before the resort opened about 4 1/2 months ago. Being a new resort there wasn't much to go off of because no one had been here. Let me just say to start visually this place is stunning. From the drive in off of the road it has a nice wow factor. The staff was amazing from the time we stepped foot out of the transport. The welcome was warm and inviting and the service unmatched. We had a sea side view room with soaking tub on the balcony. The room was on the 6th out of 7 floors so the view was stunning. The food at the 12 restaurants was fantastic. All different kinds of themed cuisine. Lots of activities to do on the resort itself including water sports. There are also excursions outside of the resort you can book along with golf on two different courses also. An amazing place to stay when coming to Jamaica! So amazing in fact I booked to come back for my 40th birthday in less than a year already! ***UPDATE*** We stayed here in October of 2024 for my 40th birthday. Our butlers Iran and Kolbe were the best in the business! We couldn't have asked for better people. Ray in entertainment is phenomenal! Darwin by the pool is so attentive and amazing. And we booked AGAIN to return in May of 2025 with the always wonderful Tre'sann in the loyalty office. She is so down to earth and makes sure everything you want to reserve you get! The staff is amazing, the grounds are amazing, the food is amazing, just an overall amazing place that truly feels like home because of the friendships we have made here. ***UPDATE*** So we have completed our May 2025 trip here and wow, let me just tell you it's just as amazing as the first trip shortly after opening. We were ecstatic that all of our favorite staff members and friends are still here and were just as excited to see us! This place is truly special and the people make it feel like home! I love Sandals Dunns River and can not wait to return. We have a trip to Grenada planned first but I know in my heart we will be back here soon!

as a new Sandals nemeber I must say Dunns was a total delight for my wife and I. The staff was welcoming at every turn, from the GM to the lobby custodian. Kudos to manager Dominique for repeated (assisted us at South Coast resort our very first Sandals trip) stellar hospitality, butlers Romeo and Vivian who were beside along the way, and even Roberto at the pool whom went out of his way to find an umbrella when he wasnt even assigned to poolside duty! The grounds are impecably maintained, resort layout has everything in close proximity, no far walking distances) food phenomenal-yes, I mean it, try Italian (this coming from a New York Italian!) and 2 sizeable pools with entertainment. highly recommend Dunns River!!!
