Pettigru Place Bed & Breakfast

What an incredible stay! Top notch hospitality. From our welcoming to cheese/crackers and wine to a breakfast that was 5 star! In addition, ideal location for events at Bons Secour or downtown Greenville which are both just a few minutes away. We will be returning.

This was our first trip to this area and friends suggested we stay here. We LOVED B&B. The rooms, location, and customer service were GREAT! Food was absolutely delicious! Parking was behind B&B. We had a GREAT time there and visiting the area.

My wife & I stayed for 2 weekend nights at Pettigru Place B&B to end a 12-day pleasure tour of the Southeast. Our lodging bar was set very high by our previous lodging spots, and Pettigru Place easily measured up with its beautiful front gardens & attractively furnished interiors & a comfortable Queen guest room (Hummingbird) & flavorful unique breakfasts. Randi greeted us on our arrival, and her levels of friendliness & hospitality were amazing; she also prepared our breakfasts, which were delicious & filling with lots of healthy variety. The owner Lori served us both mornings, while she made sure guests were introduced to one another & provided very helpful information about local attractions. We had chosen this B&B for its proximity to Bon Secours Wellness Arena, offering us a short walk to & from the facility on consecutive days/nights to attend sporting events. The rear private parking lot off a quiet alleyway was a very convenient option for vehicle security & access whenever we drove around town, and the side door entry allowed for easy in & out of the house. Our experiences @ Pettigru made us wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the comfort & solitude without being on a schedule. Every aspect of our stay was top notch, and we would definitely stay at Pettigru Place B&B again if we returned to Greenville.

What a wonderful and beautiful place - inside and out! The gardens, the decor all glorious. The owner and the Hostess were so hospitable and made us feel so welcome. They helped us with places we should see. The game room (puzzles) was fun and the seating area very nice for conversation. The beds most comfortable - did I mention the bowl of homemade cookies in our room? And the breakfast - oh my - completely to die for. We will be back!

We just returned from a long weekend visit to Greenville to celebrate our anniversary and stayed three nights at the Pettigru Place Bed and Breakfast. It was our first time visiting Greenville and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Lori and her staff were so welcoming and helpful. We learned a lot about the area and appreciated suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the Greenville area. The breakfasts were outstanding (loved the roasted mango and frozen lemonade tart). We enjoyed visiting with other couples and the room was cozy and had all the special touches that make you feel pampered. We appreciated the stocked beverages and ice machine just outside our room. It’s the little things- like a “to go bag” of breakfast items for us to take to the airport since we had to leave really early our last morning. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness. We look forward to staying with you again the next time we visit Greenville!

This a really nice bed and breakfast. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We are talking a gourmet style breakfast. The rooms and bed were very nice. It is not far from the main street area and very walkable. We walked some nights and used ride share other nights. If you do go, there is a Confederate Museum about 2 blocks away run by a group of individuals who's ancestors fought in the civil war. Only word for it is 'impressive'. There are extremely rare items on display and it is free to go. The museum is on par with the one in Charleston and New Orleans. I was very happy with this bed and breakfast.
