Wonderful B&B that is walking distance to downtown. Such a perfect location and room not sure why anyone would ever choose a hotel. Delicious breakfast and friendly hosts. They serve wine and cheese from 4-6. Delicious cookies in the room.

Beautiful city that I didn’t even know existed with a beautiful bed and breakfast that is a must visit! The beds were so comfortable….I did not want to get up in the morning however there was an inviting breakfast that was totally worth getting out of bed for! I had no clue that this beautiful historical city had so much to offer and cannot wait to come back ….number one, to sleep in the bed…number two, to have the most amazing breakfast ever…number three, to explore more of the amazing history that Greenville South Carolina has to offer

What an incredible stay! Top notch hospitality. From our welcoming to cheese/crackers and wine to a breakfast that was 5 star! In addition, ideal location for events at Bons Secour or downtown Greenville which are both just a few minutes away. We will be returning.

Pettigru Place is more than a Bnb. Its charm, warmth, and delicious breakfast make you feel like you are special! We stayed in the Swan Gate Room which was comfortable from the bed to the bathroom. Amenities like a stocked refrigerator outside the door, wine and cheese each afternoon, and a delicious tray of homemade cookies in our room are but a few of the treats you are in for if you stay here. Lori, the owner is so welcoming and even shared her recipes! We were spoiled by the breakfast each morning- 2-3 courses! Parking was easy- right in back of the house. And then there were the beautiful gardens and outdoor gazebos and sitting areas to enjoy as we sipped our wine ! We highly recommend this retreat!

From the moment that we entered, Susie and Randy were so friendly and made you feel at home. Beginning with the homemade cookies in the room to the helpful ideas of what to visit in Greenville. The breakfasts were a delicious start to the day. Wine and cheese and crackers were a nice afternoon treat especially enjoyed outdoors in the gazebo. The rooms were just as pictured on the website and were very clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Unfortunately Lori, the owner was out of town so we didn't meet her but she should be assured that her staff took responsibility as if they were the owners. We will definitely return on our next visit to Greenville.

Never ceases to amaze us what extent Lori and her Staff go to pamper their guests. Attention to detail and level of service is unsurpassed. If you have never stayed at a B&B, Pettigru Place will without doubt provide you with an experience contributing to you looking forward to going back each time.

We have been staying with Lori for over 6 years at least every other month. Although we have our favorites, all the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast is to die for. It is the high point of our visit to Greenville every time.

This inn was a fantastic find. Lori and staff make sure you have a wonderful stay in Greenville. We were greeted warmly, shown to our exceptional accommodations, had a great time wandering the nearby downtown with its beautiful park by the falls, got great recommendations for bbq, and spent a blissfully quiet night between luxury hand-pressed sheets. Gourmet breakfast followed. This B & B is all that is advertised and more.
