Upon arrival we were met by the nice staff, We had to valet park our vehicle for 25 dollars a night for 2 nights. We were then given our room, when we stepped into the room we discover it was a handicapped assessable room. Knowing this, We were uncomfortable. being that I work in the field that services the disabled, if a person would have needed this room and we were occupying it. Therefore we asked for another room. We went out that night, on our return to the hotel the valet staff was not there to park my truck, I had to park it in the parking lot in front of the hotel. The next day about 3 pm I went go out and the truck was in the same spot I parked it.
With all the restaurants close to the hotel there is nothing available past 11pm, and with this hotel being a so called high-end hotel they have no room service available.
We were there for a Family members birthday party. The party was great. When the party was over a group of us went to Junipers which was on the same floor, the group was 16 who were all staying at the hotel that night.
8 rooms we all spent money for. when we went to Junipers the security guard told the bartenders not to serve us. We left, went down to the other bar, where we did get served. While sitting and having our drinks and great conversation the security guard comes down and speaks to the manger of the bar we are at, standing in close proximity to our group trying to intimidate us. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
