This was my second stay here and the place is solid. Great people, clean rooms, easy parking, and the breakfast was great. The location is also ideal with shopping, dining, and easy access to the highway. I am also a big fan of Hilton's digital key.

I loved my stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton-Greenville,SC 102 Carolina Point Parkway,Greenville,29607. Wendy, ebony, Chris, Tim and Antonio the front desk staff were great! Amazing hospitality! I really hated to leave because everyone made me feel like I was at my 2nd home We loved room, the breakfast was amazing.. they have a little gym to meet all my workout needs. I must give a shout out to the GM Chris and AGM Mike where amazing and made sure I had everything i needed.

I have been here since November 14th and since that time they made me feel like family. I was greeted every morning with a smile by everyone including the maid service. Either Wendy or Chris or Mike or Christopher or Jim would be at desk would be there smiling and wishing me luck for my day! Whatever I needed, I knew they were there to help. Wendy feels like a sister of mine since I have been here for over 2 months due to water damage at my home. Spending the holidays away from my home was gonna be tough but they made my stay so enjoyable that I don't want to go back home. Homewood is home. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I have ever had! I only complaint is the beds are too comfortable! I didn't wanna get out bed! The cleaning crew was not only very efficient but friendly as well. I would give 10 stars if I could. I love this place. I have bragged about Homewood to my friends and family and look forward to staying here again in the future!! KUDOS!! JANET

I had an amazing stay at Homewood Suites Greenville, SC, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From check-in to current the experience is nothing short of exceptional! Ebony at the front desk was an absolute gem. She greeted me with a warm smile, ensured a smooth check-in, and was always available to assist with any questions. Her professionalism and kindness made me feel right at home. Jeaness went above and beyond in both housekeeping and the kitchen. Not only did she keep the room spotless, but she also made sure breakfast was fresh and well-stocked. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. Amandina in housekeeping was also phenomenal. She ensured that my room was clean and comfortable every day, always with a cheerful attitude and a willingness to help. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated to making guests feel welcome and valued. These ladies are the heart of this hotel, and their hard work does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Greenville!

It's positioned directly in front of the VA & less than 1 mile from ECU or Eastern AHEC. The staff was kind & knowledgeable. The grounds, common areas, & my room were nice, very quiet, & clean. My room, a king, had a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove top, utensils, desk, & a sofa. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled amazing. I'll definitely be staying here again when I'm in this area.

The staff are very friendly and caring. They took very good care of us and went beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We were very comfortable and relaxed. Great bed and clean rooms. Ebony was such a delight at the front desk. She made us feel like family. ❤️ We will definitely come back for another stay.

I spent 5 weeks in this hotel. Overall great place to stay. Wendy was amazing, handling the front desk and other random things I asked about like laundry baskets and places to eat. Wednesday night socials were enjoyable and I met quite a few new people, and the salad was good too. The staff together definitely made the place feel more like the good kind of crazy family. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip, either business or for fun.
