Great location, immaculate apartment, amenities second to none. Surrounding area is vibrant, thriving, and safe. Get off the beaten path of a hotel and enjoy the West End! If you are a baseball fan, this is the place to stay to catch quality minor league baseball. Lacked support after hours.

Mint House was the perfect location for events at Fluor Field! It is right across the street and close to downtown restaurants and bars. Falls Park in a must and stop.by Csrmellas! Great gym and pool areas for all to enjoy! Parking garage pass is recommended as parking can be tricky downtown.

Mint house Greenville was a convenient location. Could easily walk to downtown and all the attractions and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all the essential amenities we needed for our stay. It was easy to get into the building following the check in instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, close...but not too close. In the middle of two(2) burrows, West End and Downtown. Walking distance close to many restaurants, bars and even live music. If you happen to be a baseball fan, just walk across the street and catch a game. We will definitely plan on visiting again and if at all possible, staying hear again.

Best value for the money! A friend and I had tickets for a concert at the Peace Center and reservations for dinner at a restaurant on Main Street. The location of the apartment was ideal. We were able to park our car in at The Mint House and walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable. I'm returning next time I travel to an event in Greenville. And I'm telling all my friends about the Mint House and will encourage them to try it out!

Very nice unit in a well amenitized building. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and it would certainly make sense for a longer stay with a refrigerator, washer dryer, etc. For a one or two night stay a standard hotel in the heart of South Main Street is probably all you need.

Great location! Great amenities! Great stay!! I would recommend the Mint House to all my friends and family. Plenty of space for a family of four with the pull out couch. The kitchen was spacious and had all the bells and whistle for my stay in Greenville SC.

Nice place. Clean, convenient location to downtown activities. Safe. Easy check-in/check-out. Basic kitchen supplies provided. Bring your own coffee! Bed was comfortable but no curtains on the windows. Bring sleep mask. I was in town for a few days and it was nice to have a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. I would stay at a Mint House again.
