Welcome to are camp loon home away from home in beautiful town of Greenville,maine. Camp offers a gorgeous view of Moosehead Lake watch the sunset set behind little moose,and big moose mountain watch the sea planes lift and land all day or see the kineo boat sail by the camp. Being in a community on birch point we share over 400 feet of water frontage with a 70 foot jetty to fish off or maybe take all the pictures of nature a small beach area for that swim or float around with your float. A dock to hang out on place to put your kayaks or canoe. Camp is a mile from in town with shopping areas nice restaurants on the lake a grocery store take the family for a ice cream maybe sign up for one of those adventures on the lake the town has a family own drug store. Camp loon has a big lawn area to enjoy throwing a football maybe play some corn hole it has a wood fire place with wood to enjoy. The camp has a big drive way it can park 6 cars for family or friends that wants to visit or big enough to park your trail with your atvs on not worrying where to park your trailer plenty of room for that. There’s a back up generator hooked to the camp so you won’t have to worry if the power goes out on a cold windy night.Camp loon has just about 1000 sqf of space main floor has a dinning area, living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, 1 bedroom. Living room has a full couch, two recliners a nice gas fireplace on those cold wet nights when you want to stay inside and have a glass of wine with your friends it’s not for heating the camp but to relax by a fire the camp does have a gas monitor to heat the camp. The living room has a walk out deck that overlooks everyone else to enjoy the sunset or watch the activity on the lake and not having anything blocking your view, deck has a sitting area with a gas fire place for those late evening listening to the loons calling and a pellet grill for your outside grilling and two awnings for those rainy days. The dinning area sits 4 people. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. All the cooking and dining essentials you need and the bar area sits two people. The bedroom has a queen bed it’s own tv. Bathroom has a shower with all the essentials you need. The loft has three beds a full couch plenty of room to play games and a tv with movie for the kids. This cabin is nestled on a multi-acre private property, with unique features including a pebble beach for swimming and large deck to relax and listen to the loons call. You'll feel away from it all, while steps away from downtown shops and restaurants. The duplex has an identical Red and Green side, each featuring two bedrooms, kitchen, full bath with shower, and living room with futon. The two units are connected via a door on the covered porch with outside access to each unit from either side of the deck. This rental is great for families or friend groups vacationing together. The rental is pet-friendly by request. You are welcome to bring a canoe, kayak, and/or paddle board(s) to put in at the beach and enjoy exploring the south shores of Moosehead Lake.Being a waterfront property, there is additional risk of personal injury or property damage that renters must acknowledge. Discover this marvelous 2-bedroom, one loft gem in Greenville, ME. This cozy cabin features 1 king bed and 5 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. A private, little beach just steps away from the front door, family can enjoy a little swim without having to travel. If you prefer a day to shop, town is just a 5 minute drive. With a hair dryer and heating amenities, guests will feel right at home. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Greenville and our cabin has to offer.The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedding included. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed, bedding included. The loft has 4 queen bed, bedding is not included for the loft beds, we apologize for this inconvenience.Little Deer Camp Rules:This camp is not handicap accessible. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please park in front of the camp, leaving room for the camp next door. It is a two vehicle limit. Use of the grill or Blackstone, at renter’s own risk. There is no trailer parking on the property, but the town has trailer parking for the public. This parking area is located across the street from the boat launch parking lot. Boat parking at the dock/jetty is a one hour limit. At the renter’s own risk. Please do not disturb the rocks on the jetty. No food or beverage, besides water, allowed in the loft. Children must be supervised in the loft. Bring your own bedding for the four queen loft beds. The bedding in the two downstairs bedrooms will be provided. You must clean up the camp before you check out. Dishes must be cleaned, floors swept, trash taken to the small building behind the camp. Please check around and under the beds for personal belongings and trash. Please turn off all lights and fans, and lock doors before checking out. Things to know/remember: To use the ceiling fans, there are white remotes in the rooms allotted to them. The light switch must be on, and then the fan can be turned on/off by the remote. The fan light can also be controlled by that white remotes. There is no washing machine.
