The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the sanitary conditions are good. The central air conditioning downstairs is too noisy. Please report this to the hotel. The AC system is so noisy!

It is not recommended that you visit Greensboro. There is nothing in the broken place ... and this place is a place for black people. The location was decent. The staff who checked me in seemed new to the job. The internet wasn’t working and I was told by the front desk to call customer service. CS told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I called CS again and they asked if I had spoken to the front desk. Eventually internet was restored. The carpet in the room was damp, the refrigerator was sticky, one of the drawers had trash in it and there was an awful loud mechanical noise all night. That said, at first glance the room is very big and nice looking

The location is not bad, but there is still a need for a car to travel, there are many places to eat and shopping nearby. Although not far away, it takes time to walk.

Room service was listed as an option on the in room TV guide, however, when we called for room service we were told they did not offer it. The pool temp was cold. The pool deck and steps were VERY slippery. The room was clean. The check in staff and evening reception staff were very nice. However, lines were very long due to there only being one of them.
