Very cheap accommodation, formerly a college hall of residence. Basic, clean, friendly. By the waterfront of Greenock. No frills, just a reliable place to stay.

John jackie and everyone else who established the Hotel my booking welcoming was phenomenal tea coffee with the phenomenal view front comfortable bed with excellent quality of warm atmosphere self-catering activities available it was so great that we Left an ex Large pizza in the freezer for saying thank you for cleaning services and hygiene ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️jackie and john yes their hospitality of staying in the waterfront greenock 🇬🇧 was very helpful and happy friendly happiness wishing an serving for 2025 welcomes you with an great time future.🌈 Live Laugh 😂Love 🥰 great night slept well thanks will look forward to seeing you soon tc and gb big man 👨

The price is cheap, the scenery is beautiful, and the parking is free. However, there is probably a check-in requirement because he is not on duty 24 hours a day. The guest house is a lovely place to stay right on the river beautiful views, lovely and clean, looks a bit run down but was very surprised when went in the room. Bed very comfortable .

Exactly as described, well worth the price and bed was super comfy! We had a great night sleep, and was lovely knowing we had secure parking where we could leave car in the day and explore on foot

Good, basic accommodation in a convenient location on the waterfront - fine for an overnight stop or for contractors working in the area. Each former student flat has a kitchen and the rooms are en suite.
