The negatives-worn and dated carpet and furniture in the room. Potholes in parking lot.

Quiet And Comfortable
The room itself was amazing! Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower.

Although this hotel is tucked away behind a Bob Evans restaurant, it's a good place to stay and the price was lower than average. It may not look like much from the outside but the rooms are very nice. Parking lot needs some work however, with numerous potholes, kinda like the rest of the road conditions in the state of Indiana. Free breakfast and coffee from 6-9 AM was nice.

Worth the money. Old, carpet stained but not dirty. Just old. Staff very friendly and hot breakfast was good. Was pleasantly surprised based on the price. Would stay there again.

Brian was phenomenal at the front desk. My room was fine, however my other family members had an ant infestation since their first night. You might want to get an exterminator.

The place is old but they keep it clean and the staff is nice.
It’s a good place to sleep for a few hours after work.
