It was nice, bit of a mix up with the booking but that seemed to be the fault of this site rather than the hotel. The lady at the front desk sorted it quickly and was very polite. There was a random leak in a light fixture in the bathroom at like three in the morning but nothing came of it and it didn't last long enough to bother us. probably because we did not want to be moved to a room without the whirlpool tub which was the reason we had booked that room specifically. over all it was fairly normal hotel affair.

With a little work, this could be a really special hotel and it looks like they are trying to make it that way by remodeling. I wasn't impressed with the parking lot as there were a very limited amount of handicapped parking spaces. The lobby had a lot of remodeling going on and the bar and restaurant was closed. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy access off I-77 and close to Akron-Canton Airport.

This is a beautiful hotel inside and out. The staff was attentive and helpful. Check in and out we're easy. It is right off 77. Our room was clean and we appreciated the separate seating and sleeping spaces. There was a fridge and microwave. I observed some build up in the corners of the shower. That is not a deal breaker for me, it was not that bad. I did like the pretty, new and spacious bathroom. They are clear on their website that their amenities are closed. That is fine, but why is the price point still so high? We booked last minute through Priceline so I did not feel so bad. Without the pool and breakfast (they do not even have little Debbie rolls out with coffee!) this is a not an upscale hotel.
