I made a reservation for 2 nights, May 5 and May 6, 2023 in December 2022. Two weeks previous to my arrival, I received a confirmation of my reservation after calling the hotel. When arriving at the hotel, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled. I checked my phone and found that the hotel had sent me an email at 12:12 pm that afternoon. I was told the hotel overbooked and they cancelled both my reservation and my daughter’s. According to the hotel’s reservation site, anyone who makes a reservation has to give 48 hours notice to cancel. They gave me less than 3 hours and never sent my daughter a cancellation notice but actually sent her her confirmation number that afternoon. I insisted they put us up somewhere. They would not help us out until I told them that all 6 of us would be sleeping in their lobby for the 2 nights. After over an hour of arguing, the manager, Ms Rodriquez, got us reservations at a hotel 40 minutes away. We were there for my grandsons college graduation and she said all the hotels in Greeley were fully booked. I would advise anyone contemplating staying there to look elsewhere.
