Came for a wedding,stayed the weekend,got top floor,hotel located right on water,there’s market downstairs from local vendors kinda neat,hotel is clean,sauna is nice,indoor pool,gym is decent size(not sure if you’d wanna work out on vacay but it’s there),rooms r good size,bathroom is spacious and very clean,lots of restaurants around too!it is distance away from metro Vancouver so be ready to spend $30+ for Uber rides each way

The check-in place was too hard to find. It was in another building. I parked my car in a public parking lot first, then looked for their check-in place, and then parked my car at their designated location according to their instructions. Parking and then getting to the room to check in was a bit complicated. There are no signs in their dedicated parking lot. You need to give you a card to park in the underground parking garage. Although there are some parking spaces on the road outside, they are all full! The room is quite big and clean. There are disposable toiletries, which are quite good. The price is not expensive, so it’s okay!

The stay was great. Harjot, at the front desk, was always very polite, friendly and accommodating during our stay. Always a great smile coming from this young lady. The hotel had easy access to our room and was quiet. The food was very good. Marlene in the dining area kept everything very clean and organized. She was very friendly, polite and cheerful. We only stayed for one night. It had two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. The space was very comfortable and fully equipped like a home, with microwaves, coffee machines, instant pots, stoves, refrigerators, desks, etc. There is a TV in each room and the living room. There are makeup mirrors and bedside tables in the bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery outside the windows is very good. The bed was very soft. I originally thought it would be too soft to sleep on, but I ended up having a good sleep until dawn. It was very comfortable. The location is great and very convenient for shopping. There are many stores downstairs where you can buy food. There are McDonald's, Japanese ramen, and Zhenzhudan across the street~ The Chinese restaurant next door to Zhen Zhu Dan also has great food. The boss is very polite and will chat with you and recommend delicious meals to you.

The hotel is located in the center of Vancouver, surrounded by various restaurants, and a five-minute walk from the famous Roberson St shopping street. The hotel staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic to solve the problem for us. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff worked efficiently. The one-bedroom suite on the executive floor I booked has a good view outside the window, and you can see the high-rise buildings in the nearby commercial area, the Coral Harbor and the snow-capped mountains in the distance, and the scenery is pleasant. In short, it was a very pleasant stay experience, which made me feel the temperature of home when traveling in a foreign country.

This is my first to stay here. Overall are excellant. Tje hotel provide shuttle bus to go and return the airport. If you are arrived at mid-night, please keep the taxi recipt (around CAD25), you can get a claim CAD20 from the hotel.
