Review hotel We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy. Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea. The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

I have some concerns regarding my experience at The Sutton Hotel. Firstly, I noticed that the front desk staff didn't seem very patient or eager to assist Chinese guests like myself. This made me feel somewhat unwelcome. Secondly, I found the hotel rooms to be quite dusty, despite our efforts to keep them clean. Surprisingly, the dust accumulated rapidly on the bedside table and telephone. I suspect that the air inside the room might be the cause of this issue, as even the air conditioning panel appeared to be covered in dust. I believe these observations are worth addressing by the hotel management to improve the overall experience for all guests, regardless of their nationality. It would be beneficial if steps were taken to enhance the cleanliness of the rooms and ensure a more welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for all visitors.

This is a long-established hotel. I stayed there a few years ago, and it boasted a classic European décor. This time, it's been renovated to a minimalist European style, making it quite cozy and inviting. Overall, the service and cleanliness were satisfactory. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, conveniently located for shopping, public transportation, and fine dining. However, the main issue is that many of the service details don't quite match the hotel's brand and positioning. There's a ceiling light in the living room, which should be the main light source, but I couldn't find the switch. Even after I called the waiter in to ask, he still didn't know where it was. The bathroom was very basic, similar to the standard of a Four Seasons hotel in China. The power outlet next to the bed wasn't working, and a tangled mess of wires lay exposed on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. The most perplexing aspect was the Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The speed was extremely slow and unreliable, frequently disconnecting. At its best, it was only around 100kbps, among the slowest in international hotels. The waiter was aware of this and offered no solutions. Fairmont, a prestigious and established luxury hotel in North America, was a disappointment during my stay. The overall impression was that it was declining.

Breakfast is superb, not taste, is the location of the restaurant, directly to the sea, the taste is Western food order, very good, with a tip of less than one hundred people, feels cheaper than other hotels to buy meals. Today, Zhang Aijia’s English name is the same as the hotel name. It can be said to be a misleading hotel reservation. However, this hotel is considered to be a famous hotel. The local foreigner also knows it, probably because one of the few hotels on the edge of English Beach, except for the old elevator, it is quite good. The bed was quite big and the room was quite big. There is a parking lot, there may be a charge, I don’t know if I have not paid the bill.

Because the chartered car travels, it is not easy to evaluate the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street. It is a good place to watch the sunset from the sunset beach. In the area where the whole down town should be safe, the famous rainbow is on the edge. Street, we only know when we arrived, just to catch up with the weekend, go to the evening to watch the fun, very fun to say, there are simple Chinese restaurants and Japanese restaurants, fast food restaurants, more bars, many rainbows flag. It is not far from the gas town and Chinatown, and it takes ten minutes to drive. The facilities in the hotel are apartment-type. We have booked two rooms with kitchens. Because there are old people and children, it is really convenient to have a kitchen. A few days before the old man’s time difference, we packed hot porridge from the Chinese restaurant. Once I didn't have porridge, I bought a small packet of rice and came back to cook it myself. It was the most difficult time to get through the safe time. The bed is soft and hard, it is suitable, there are no slippers and toothbrushes, you need to bring your own, the front desk also sells, the hotel is prepared for shampoo conditioner and body lotion. In addition, there are garbage sorting in Canada, which is divided into: general garbage, recycling garbage and kitchen waste. It is described in the kitchen, and it is better to sort it according to the color of the trash can. There is a Sichuan girl at the front desk, very enthusiastic and thoughtful.

The hotel is located in the heart of Vancouver, surrounded by various restaurants, and the famous Roberson St shopping street is a five-minute walk away. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and eager to solve problems for us. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff are efficient. The one-bedroom suite on the executive floor I booked has a nice view from the window. You can see the high-rise buildings in the nearby business district, and the Coral Harbor and snow-capped mountains in the distance. The scenery is pleasant. In short, it was a very pleasant stay experience, which made me feel the warmth of home while traveling in a foreign country.

The hotel service is very good, considering the needs of Chinese guests. Although it is located in Downtown, it is far away from the homeless gathering area and the public security situation is very good.

This is a fully self-service hotel apartment, and you need to download their app to know the specific facilities and towels replacement and the rules for various services, because Chinese phones are limited to Google, so their app doesn’t work. At first I felt very worthless, because the price was not cheap, and then the parking fee was 30 knives a day. If you clean the room, you have to charge separately.  But after staying for two nights, I found that no one disturbed it. It was very free like at home. Then the location of the hotel is very convenient. I will stay here again next time.

The surrounding environment and air quality are very good: the house and the surrounding area are houses and woods, there is no noise on the main road, and the city garden air is a bit good.
