The stay was great. Harjot, at the front desk, was always very polite, friendly and accommodating during our stay. Always a great smile coming from this young lady. The hotel had easy access to our room and was quiet. The food was very good. Marlene in the dining area kept everything very clean and organized. She was very friendly, polite and cheerful. The front desk is very welcoming

The hotel is located in North Vancouver. The layout of the hotel is modest, clean, neat and simple. The front desk service is enthusiastic (I still do n’t know how to communicate in English), but the service staff will mark the main tourist attractions of Vancouver on the map and be patient. Easy parking and easy access to attractions by public transport. If breakfast can be provided, it will be perfect for travelers from other countries. Recommended

Good services, clean and tidy room, excellent location, but poor facilities. The fridge produce heavy noise every 5 minutes so I have to power it off to guarantee to fall asleep, the thin wall can't prevent noise of ventilation fan in neighboring wash room, I can even feel my bed is shaking, thank god they finally turned it off before 0:00. I just want to be fair in reviews, hoping they do some improvement since it is really lovely hotel with good location.

The location is very good as it is in the city centre, 4-5 minutes by walk to the Burrard station and Waterfront station. Although the hotel is old(there are only one lift), it is clean. There are not so many choices for breakfast menu, but it is fine.

stayed here with parents. So three people in the double room of the hotel. room is big enough just old. location is great, with very good price. so still highly recommend! make sure to get a room not facing ourside/road, otherwise you cannot sleep if you are light sleeper.

The Hotel is very convenient, it located near Brighouse Skytrain station, about 10 minutes walking distant. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, the front desk staff is helpful. There are Richmond Centre, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area near the hotel. The best things is that they have free shuttle to and from the airport (the shuttle bus had words of Executive Hotel and only a small logo of Surestay by Best Western, make sure don’t miss the airport free shuttle) and free breakfast, I think the variety of food is good. I’d recommend this hotel.
