Hotel people in the reception need more training on how to deal with customers, specially foreign cusyomers. No tooth btush, tooth paste, comb, slippers provided which is very basic things provided by other hotels at this price.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Ginger Greater Noida. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What made my experience truly special was the warm and professional service provided by Ms. Nisha at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her attention to guest needs and friendly attitude really stood out. It's staff like Nisha who make a big difference in the overall guest experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and appreciate the excellent service. Looking forward to staying here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ginger Greater Noida (Pari Chowk). The location is convenient, especially for anyone visiting nearby institutions or events at Expo Mart. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to Ms. Nisha from the staff – she was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. She made sure everything was taken care of promptly and always greeted with a warm smile. Her dedication to guest comfort really stood out and made the experience even better. The overall service, food quality, and hospitality at the hotel were impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel to business travelers and families alike.
