location of the property is good. room size is adequate.. room service was excellent… hotel is still continuing with outdated window acs.. bathroom was not upto the mark & my expectations, with poor functioning of shower .. the complementary breakfast was lacking cereals & seasonal fruits/juices & freshly made tea/coffee/hot milk.

The favility is alittle worn but the staff more than makes up for it. The coffee shop crew is the best and so dedicated to making you happy. The room maintainer was fab. Sarvesh who is the all arounder for all your needs deserves a gong. The fron desk crew marvelous and the gate keeper excellent. The tandoori chicken and garlic nan ecellent. We will be staying there again.

The room is spacious and clean. Female Receptionist Miss Shraddha is very kind always smiling and behave so politely to all of us. She also keep our bags so securely and sure keep our rooms timely clean. Breakfast was ok. Need to improve some Indian dishes. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. good looking rooms. Nice experience in greater Noida with this comfortable and fabulous hotel.

The hotel staff was good, however the room needs more maintenance and cleaning. The room door had an issue to unlock and lock. The bathroom is not maintained properly and the water tap has issues. Breakfast was decent.
