Outstanding Guesthouse. 😀
Katharina is a great hostess, she gave us some wonderful recommendations during our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean, even a sheet to sleep under, not just a duvet. You could make your own coffee, tea or hot chocolate and there were water bottles in the fridge. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Delicious fresh fruit salad and a large selection of cooked and cold food. We would most certainly stay here again.

Brilliant location with great rooms and views . We had the breakfast which has choices for the majority of people. Dinner is available but we went out in Pringle Bay - very close to beaches and restaurants but suggest you have your own car

Katharina is a warm, friendly and helpful host and my room was beautifully prepared and decorated. I loved looking at the view and sunset from bed and it was very clean and comfortable too. I enjoyed my stay there very much and hope to visit again.

A gem! The view of the beautiful nature, the comfortable bed and all the extra little details that made our stay memorable and gave us a peaceful break away from the city. Bad weather was cheered up with a delicious Full English Breakfast made by the talented Katharina and she prepared a nice surprised for us to help celebrate a special day! The property is clean, safe and conveniently located between Pringle Bay and Betty's Bay. We will be back again, thank you to the lovely host - Katharina!

We loved our stay at Kapensis. Food in Pringle & Betty's Bay was okay but breakfast at Kapensis was lovely. Beds were very comfortable, lovely bathroom, spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting. Dogs could have been quieter around 6am as barking woke some of us up. We would like the tv to work next time please. Katarina was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool. It's a fabulous place! Thank you Katarina and Leticia.

From arrival till departure we received excellent service. The lodge, and the facilities were perfect. We enjoyed lovely views and peaceful surroundings. The cute doggies are a bonus for animal lovers. The host made a dinner booking on our behalf in town and the restaurant she chose did not disappoint.
