Hotel is in a good location, on the beach front. Staff are friendly. Not clean, carpets are dirty, appeared not to be hoovered in a long time, bed sheets were made but did not appear to have been washed. Hotel is in need of being updated/modernised.

ROOMS ARE KEPT VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, VERY NEAR THE BEACH AND LOCAL AMUSEMENTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT.

Noise at all hours of the day you can hear and are kept up every night and woken early early! Hours of the morning. It could be the staff or guests. Won’t be staying again as actually like to sleep an hour at least.

I've not been allowed to check in without any reason. The trip.com agent that I spoke to couldn't find the reason why the booking was cancelled and I was offered a relocation. Thank you trip.com!

To be honest, it’s a good value for money hotel it’s not the best but the Price is honest only problem I encounter is heating not working. Windows are single glazed so imagine the wind coming through your room from the sea was my second stay here. Breakfast is good but you can see the lack of investment throughout
