I booked a queen size and it’s not one. Very small, tight. Would I book here again, maybe? If I needed something urgent and nearby to Romford but aside from that no. Please stop advertising the room as queen size when neither the bed or the size of the room is that. Way too cramped for 2 people. Luckily I didn’t have any luggage on me as that would have been worse.

Very bad experience. Ac was not working. Middle of the night room was too hot. No telephone in the bedroom to call reception. Room was cleaned properly. Plugs was working than in the morning when I checked no plogs were working. I was late for my meeting due to these things. Very bad experience. Room was too small.

Pretty new facilities and great location (right next to the tube station). Room has limited space for luggage and it was very difficult to turn the knob / handle to adjust shower temperature for some reason. Still a satisfactory stay overall.

The room was nice however very squashed which is cozy but annoying it was hard to get to the bathroom if two people are in the room.
