We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is the complimentary breakfast closed before 10 on the day we we were leaving.

This hotel is dated and could use a 'sprucing'! Our room was clean but there were parts on the ceiling that was peeling off.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, prompt airport shuttle.
However, the faucet came a little ways out of the wall when I pulled up on the little thing that switches it from bath to shower.

The pictures must have been taken a while ago because the hotel does not look like this anymore. The room was dirty, the furniture was scratched up. I looked in the kitchenette and the garbage was full so then I looked in the cupboard and found old pizza boxes and a bag of dirty diapers. They changed our room but the next room was only slightly better. I’d had enough and checked out and found another hotel.

Parking was convenient near my room. Enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Bathroom was very clean.

The Heritage is a beautiful piece of Great Falls. The decorations in the lobby and throughout are in tune with the beauty of MT and the feel of the area. Staff are above and beyond kind. The hotel is due to be updated in a couple of areas, but very well kept. Also, an incredible spot for their pool courtyard and ball room. We'll keep coming back!

The staff was amazing with our hockey teams. They opened the conference area for our kids to play mini sticks in. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrific service at both checknin and Check out! Awesome breakfast with lots of options. The breakfast lady was terrific.
Rooms and hallways are quote dated, but clean with comfortable bed.
