The rooms are very nice and spacious with all the amenities necessary. Personnel at reception and restaurant are very helpful and smiling often. The bed is very comfortable and breakfast is great with a lot of things to choose from. Wifi works well. Be aware that if you arrive after 23:00 you need to make a call to another hotel to receive the key for getting inside and in your room. Walking distance from everything in the city centre.

The parking lot is easy to find, it's right behind the hotel. I didn't know it at first, but ended up parking in a roadside parking space opposite the hotel. It would be nice if it was explained in the hotel facilities. The location of the hotel is also good, within walking distance to major attractions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. There is an open-air market next to the hotel, which is very convenient for buying fruits.

Check-in time is specified as 13:00-20:00. In fact, the room could only be obtained just before 18:00. This was not on the cleaning team but on the reception/management which allowed the former guest to occupy the room until 17:00 (instead of only 12:00). The wish of the previous guest was therefore on the expense of the new guest. The greetings at 13:45, 17:25 and 17:50 are somewhat excited accordingly; a friendly, warm ”Welcome” is different.
When checking out, a tax will be due even though the bill has already been charged when booking. This could have been mentioned on the booking confirmation or elsewhere or at the latest when checking. Thus, when we adopt a decision, we are in a disappointing situation in the form of a discussion with a tough, brumous, apparently disturbing receptionist.
The room is fully equipped: If the bathtub is to be used as a shower, a robust stop for safety would be advantageous when (glish) out.
Location: in foot distance to the train station, well reachable with tram, not too far from the center, corresponding to some (but not really much) road noise until 24:00 and from 5:30.

There is some construction work in the area so if you are walking from Graz Hbf it is a bit roundabout to get there but it is close by at about 5 minutes. Comfortable yes and totally adequate but if I could have given a rating of 3.5 I would have. Just not really a place I liked but equally cannot be too critical as that would be unfair.

Stayed two nights. Ideal location opposite the main station. The restaurant doesn't operate so we couldn't get a meal but they offer breakfast. Nice and clean with good rooms with air conditioning. Would stay thereagain.

Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space. Overall our stay was ok.

Hotel very comfortable for a short city visit. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, duvet is so nice. Carpets in room give it a more basic feel but the room has what you need for a short trip. Rooms are quiet. There’s no frills but has what you need. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff are polite. Good location for public transport: trains, buses & trams. It’s an easy 20 min walk into the centre Hauptplatz der Stadt Graz.

The hotel looks new. Designed in minimalist way, cutting down costs while serving the essentials. A hostel, effectively. Located over 15 minutes away by car from the city centre, the hotel offers free carpark to attract residents. Public transport is less reliable. Breakfast is cheap (€10.5), choice is understandably little. In short, it is quiet, clean and simple.

The art throughout the hotel is extraordinary and adds a taste of whimsy. So well located, with numerous restaurants nearby. However, the hotel menu is varied and well priced. We will be back.

Pleasent surprise! We stayed there for two nights and everything was taken care of. We mentioned that we have 2 toddlers and the rooms were well prepared for it. The whole room was spotless and clean as well as the bathroom. Our beds were clean and it felt so good to sleep in it. Breakfast was excellent and we had everything we wished for. The personnel is very friendly and accommodating. If we ever visit Graz again, this is the place we want to stay in. We can only recommend it. Best regards!

JJINWENJust in the center of the city, there is a one-way line on the side, and the friend who drives the car is going to drive carefully for the first time. Very good location, very close to the main attractions, walking distance, a little far from the castle. The hotel was originally an ancient building, the floor was slamming, and the hotel was filled with potted plants. Breakfast is plentiful.

I do not recommend staying at the B&B Hotel - Graz Hbf -- details are below, but to sum it up, the condition of the hotel room was not appropriate for guests and we should not have been booked, and nothing was done to resolve the horrible smell in the room. My family and I booked two rooms for a weekend in July to stay in Graz to attend the Austrian Grand Prix, and have a hotel in close proximity to the train station. Because there were 4 people in our group, we needed to book two rooms. We were traveling with our young children so we requested rooms near to each other and were assigned rooms next door to each other. The smell and odor in one of the rooms that I was staying in with one of my children was horrible. It was coming from the shower drain, like something was rotting or clogged in there. It smelled as though someone vomited or put something decaying in the shower drain, along with cigarette smoke. It made the entire room smell disgusting. I spoke to the front desk attendant on Saturday morning and was told housekeeping would attend to it immediately. When we returned Saturday evening after being away all day, the smell was still overpowering. I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done for us. I had the nighttime desk attendant come up to smell the room. I again spoke to the front desk attendant on Sunday morning and was told the room had been checked but nothing could be done. I asked her to please go into the room to understand the terrible smell and to move our room for Sunday night. We were moved to another room that evening since there were rooms available then. Even though it was not very warm outside, both rooms were also very warm, the air conditioning not appearing to be working. The windows did not have screens on them, so if we opened them to try to cool off the rooms (and also to air out the smell in the one room), the room would fill with moths. The condition of the one room was not appropriate for a guest to stay in, and it was an even bigger problem that no one could do anything to fix it. The multiple people at the hotel desk that we spoke with said nothing could be done because it was a weekend and the hotel was full on the Saturday evening. We were unable to sleep because the rooms were so warm and the smell in the one room made us feel ill. They could not provide a cot or roll-away so that all of us could stay in one room instead. I was later told by the hotel management: ”On Saturday morning the room was immediately checked after you spoke with the front deck, and the shower drain was opened and deeply cleaned. We just found out later that it didn't help, as it should, because a brand new part of the drain was needed.” Clearly from this message, there was a serious issue with the plumbing in the room. The condition of the room was not appropriate for guests to stay in it, and we should not have been placed there. I do not recommend this hotel, as it was also our most expensive hotel stay during our

GGuest UserEverything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in details everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. The bar serves excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. Thank you Jufa Hotel Graz.

Great location in the center of the old town, with easy parking nearby, spacious, clean and charming rooms, a knowledgeable and helpful staff. Breakfast is available and no need to preorder.

Hotel location: The location of the hotel is not very good. It is a certain distance from Castle Hill and the central square. After crossing the river, you can walk for about 20 minutes.
Regarding parking: the hotel has an underground parking lot with sufficient parking space, 15 euros a day. After telling the front desk, it will be settled together with the room fee. You will be given a card to be collected and you can scan the code when you go out.
Hotel hygiene: The hotel is relatively clean, and there are extrusion facilities, but the room is very compact, not enough to open two 28-inch suitcases
Hotel facilities: Then in the morning, no one is on duty at the front desk, the hotel does not need to check out, just go straight away~ The more depressing thing is that there is no hair dryer in the room~ Since there is no one at the front desk, there is no one to borrow at the front desk.
