住了一週非常滿意，房間很大、書桌很長，適合辦公，每個房間都有陽台，酒店的早餐也很好吃，種類豐富～前台的小姐姐態度特別好，幫我解決了德語外賣App的問題，相當推薦！

Another 5 * experience! We visited Graz every year to visit family and can honestly say this is a most welcoming, clean, friendly, comfortable hotel, so can highly recommend, the staff and manager Christophe are truly amazing! They make sure you have the best experience, and do everything to ensure you have a great stay, nothing is too much! Breakfast is wonderful and great value as all fresh produce and great selection. Also would like to thank Valeria and Shaleh, and breakfast staff for looking after us so well. Regards from Frau Wilson, Susan and John xx

A very comfortable stay with good beds and shower. Room was a good size, biggest Ibis room we have experienced in Europe and the balcony was a nice addition. Breakfast was very good with some unique touches and seemed to manage the patrons much better than other hotels. Staff were all very nice and helpful.
