Great hotel with a stunning sight of an airplane. The rooms are great. If you stay longer you can book apartment also for family. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and good before work. Pool is also good. There is a big gameroom in the hotel if you want to have fun during your stay. Inside the airplane there is a restaurant where you can have a cozy dinner. Very unique and I recommend it.

Waren zum ersten mal dort und wir waren voll begeistert, angefangen vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung war alles perfekt. Das Essen war von guter Qualität, der Wellnessbereich ist genial die Sauberkeit einfach alles. Die Zimmer Sauber und rein, einfach alles perfekt und die zwei Flugzeuge mit dem Restaurant und der Bar einfach genial. Was ich ebenfalls jedem empfehlen kann ist der Flugsimulator, kann ich echt nur jedem empfehlen. Meine Frau und ich sind öfters in Graz, meistens haben wir im Weitzer, Wiesler oder Schlossberghotel übernachtet aber das hat sich nun durch den Besuch bzw. Übernachtung im Novahotel erledigt. Da der erste Aufenthalt im März 2022 perfekt war, waren wir dieses Mal ein Wochenende mit unseren Freunden! Check in alles okay. Bei unserem Zimmer Business + hat alles gepasst, bei Freunden First Class Zimmer leider nicht. Zimmer war sehr schön, aber eiskalt! Auch, wenn es nur relativ kurze Zeit dauert, bis es warm ist, ist es unangenehm im Winter ein kaltes Zimmer zu betreten. Am 2. Tag wurde auch dieses Zimmer leider nicht gereinigt! Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl! Es wird sehr rasch nachgefüllt und Tische rasch gereinigt und neu eingedeckt! Sehr freundliches Service! Das Fliegerrestaurant ist sowieso perfekt von Ambiente, Service und Geschmackserlebnis! Wellness Bereich okay! Waren leider enttäuscht, dass der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse Wintersperre hatte. Der Whirlpool innen war leider nur Freitag warm. Samstag und Sonntag leider kalt! Whirlpool im Kinderbereich warm, aber nicht wirklich Alternative. Parken im Parkhaus praktisch! Gerne wieder, aber bitte bei warmen Temperaturen in allen Zimmern und Whirlpool!

Das Essen im Flieger Restaurant ist immer wieder ein kulinarisches Vergnügen. Die einzigartige Atmosphäre in den beiden Fliegern hoch über den Dächern von Graz ist grandios. Kommen jedes Jahr mindestens zwei mal nach Graz nur wegen diesem Hotel.

Das Ambiente ist außerordentlich, das Service sehr bemüht und das Essen war sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet. Als einmaliges Erlebnis hat es uns gut gefallen und auch hervorragend geschmeckt, besonders der Fisch.

Badezimmer und Zimmer eiskalt. Badezimmer Duschwand stark verschimmelt. Alter Wasserschaden am Waschtisch erkennbar. Wenn man vor 15:00 Uhr einchecken möchte (Es war 13:15 Uhr, Zimmer waren fertig) müsste man 25 € extra zahlen. Rezeption nur bis 22:00 Uhr besetzt. Erhielten dahingehend keine Info. Standen vor versperrten Türen um 21:42 Uhr!!!!!!!! Rezeption leider sehr unfreundlich. Das einzige was wirklich sehr gut war, war das Frühstück. Sehr gute und große Auswahl. Viel Gemüse sprich alles was das Herz warm oder kalt begehrt.

Zimmer groß, sauber und vollkommen ok mit Balkon. Klimaanlage funktionierte auch einwandfrei. Essen im Restaurant kann ich nicht beurteilen weil ich lieber Liferando bemüht habe. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis auf der Karte hielt mich davon ab. Getränkepreise in der Bar absolut ok genau wie der Service

We hadden het hotel geboekt ivm onze doorreis vanuit Kroatië. We werden getriggert door de race simulator, vliegtuig restaurant, sauna. We hadden er veel zin in maar viel toch tegen. Bij de vraag of we extra badjassen konden krijgen voor was er geen mogelijkheid. Mijn zoon wilde graag Sim racen maar dat ging vroeg dicht en er was niks mogelijk. Kon maar 1 persoon tegelijkertijd. Restaurant was leuk maar eten was weinig. Behalve de snitzel. Echter was de kindersnitzel even groot als die van de volwassenen. Zwembad was oud en koud. Samengevat. Viel dus een beetje tegen
