New , modern,clean Roomz hotel offers good bedrooms .Breakfast buffet is attractive .Price is reasonable .Its location is convenient for participants at the exhibition center but a bit boring for bona fide tourists.The building is a sandwich between a main street and a railway.At the same time a good bargain and some reserves for an hotel with a lack of soul.

This hotel is very modern and very clean. The service here is wonderful. The furniture in the rooms give you the vibe of an IKEA showroom. The WIFI internet is SUPERB. You are minutes from downtown and the happenings. This hotel has a wonderful bar. There is a McDonalds that sits across the street and on the other side of that is Messe Congress Graz arena. You will surely enjoy your comfortable stay here.

Hotel was good value but if you like walking rather than taking the tram it is a good twenty minutes from the main city centre sights. Room was a good size and design orientated - but not to excess. Evening dinner was surprisingly good quality with the only downside the rather slow service. Only one person was serving. Staff were very efficient.

Very, very good, modern and clean hotel. WiFi was working just fine. We didn't have any problems. Hotel location is good. Very close to the center. Tram's station is close, and it's very easy to visit a lot of great location by it. Staff were really kind. Food is excelent. :)

Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz zentral - etwa 10-15 min. zu Fuß von der Innenstadt. Allerdings ist die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle direkt vor der Türe. Man ist also schnell in der City. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und bieten alles was man braucht - Flat TV, schnelles WLAN, Klimaanlage, ein bequemes Bett und eine richtig gute, große Dusche. Das Alles ist allerdings auf minimale Fläche konzentriert. Die Zimmer sind einfach winzig klein und zu zweit kann sich schon bald einmal das Gefühl klaustrophober Enge einstellen. Für ein bis zwei Nächte ist es aber sicherlich ok. Leider sind die Zimmer entweder zur Straße oder zur (hinter dem Hotel liegenden) Eisenbahn ausgerichtet. Bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen ist also schwierig. Das Frühstück ist angemessen - alles was man braucht ist da. Das Gebäck frisch und der Kaffee sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter!

Wir haben beschlossen spontan eine Nacht in Graz zu verbringen und sind nach kurzer Internet-Recherche ins Roomz gefahren. Check-In verlief unproblematisch und schnell. Das Zimmer hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen - sehr nett aufgeteilt, große Badewanne. Alles war sauber und hat gut gerochen. Die Nachtkästchen sind sehr tief unten, was zwar sehr hübsch aussieht, aber eher unpraktisch ist. Wlan ist kostenlos und mit guter Geschwindigkeit! Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht im Hotel, deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Wir sind mit Baby angereist und wurden auch sofort gefragt, ob wir ein Babybettchen brauchen. Auto haben wir kostenpflichtig am Parkplatz gegenüber geparkt. Einzig die Freundlichkeit beim Check-In würde ich etwas bekritteln: Die Damen war wirklich sehr streng und nicht besonders einladend. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter - auch beim Check-Out - waren aber sehr nett und hatten auch ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Vielleicht hatte die Damen einfach nur einen schlechten Tag. Alles in allem gerne wieder!

Plus: Guten Anbindung an die Bim; moderne und saubere Zimmer mit Holzböden; Badezimmer funktional und mit separatem WC; Betten sind verschiebbar zu zwei Einzel- oder ein Doppelbett; Schnelles und kostenloses WiFi; schönes und frisches Frühstücksbuffet Minus: entweder man hat ein Zimmer zur Strasse oder zur Bahnlinie-somit kann nur mit geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen werden; für mich sehr seltsame, gewirkte Betttücher. Zusammenfassend aber für 1-2 Tage als Businesshotel sehr geeignet und mit 10 Gehminuten zum Jakominiplatz oder mit der Bim vor dem Hotel sehr gut an die Innenstadt angebunden. Für Messebesucher top, da gegenüber der Stadthalle.

hôtel moderne, de bon goût. Chambre confortable, bien insonorisée avec une excellente literie. Petit bémol : une seule chaise, manque un bloc de papier pour prendre des notes, stylo... Accueil à la réception un peu rigide. Petit déjeuner copieux et le personnel de service est agréable. Parking privé (10€ par 24 heures). A 20 mn de marche du centre ville.
