The hotel is in a very central location. The room is decorated with some vintage furniture, which gives it a unique charm. The bathroom is located down a short staircase—it's spacious and very clean, though you’ll need to watch your step at night. The staff are professional and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

Amazing art deco hotel a stone’s throw from the Schlossberg. Lovely multi-floor terrace and garden overlooking the city of Graz and a great well-priced range of local wines and spirits in the bar. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you need. Will be back!

The suite was large and comfortable, while the standard double room was much smaller. The hotel is quite historic, so the facilities are relatively new. The mattress and pillows were averagely comfortable, but the rooftop view was quite good. It's close to the pedestrian street and attractions, and valet parking is available. The downside is the poor soundproofing, which is truly terrible.

It's a beautiful hotel with a great aesthetic and a great location. You can take the funicular up to the castle in 2 minutes. It's nice except that I caught 2 bugs on the hotel wall.

Although it is the second largest city in Austria, it is relatively small. The main activities are in the old town, which is where our hotel is located. It is only a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient! The room is also OK in Europe. The breakfast is a normal continental breakfast, not many styles but all very exquisite. Their coffee is especially fragrant. It turns out that each cup is made by a large coffee machine instead of an ordinary coffee machine, which is great!

I highly recommend this hotel. You can order your own breakfast and coffee. The room is large and there are sculptures and paintings everywhere. The service staff is very friendly and elegant. The location is excellent, with cable cars and trains just outside the door, and the main square in a few minutes.
