Great location near the Old town. Everything's within 5-10 min walk. Clean, quiet hotel with varied breakfast. Big park alongside. Friendly service.

Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

The hotel is clean and new.Centrally located in a quiet area.The bathroom was small, but serviceable.Staff were friendly and efficient.

Veri good hotel very near the centre of the city. Parking is beside the hotel. Structure is very new and well equipped. Breakfast very good

The environment is beautiful and the location is excellent. Take a few steps out, down is the commercial street, up is the clock tower. The road to the top of the mountain is very quiet. If you want to avoid the crowds, Graz is worth a visit.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from Castle Hill and very close to the city hall. Check-in can only be done at 3pm. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage at the front desk and go to the old town. Breakfast is available, and the "lazy Sunday" time is until 12 noon on Sunday. The hotel has a paid parking lot, which costs 20 euros per day. Taking a taxi from the hotel to the main train station costs about 13 euros.
