Great hotel just 4 minutes from main train station in Graz.
Brand new, very comfy stylish room, great size and amazing bed.
Very nice gym with the view.
Unfortunately we had dirty cups in the room during checking.
Ladies at reception desk are the most helpful and friendly

The hotel was located very close to the main railway station., just about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel looked very new and most facilities looked like new. Nevertheless the standard room assigned to me was quite small.

Pros:
Good location, no more than 20 minutes' walk to the main attractions.
The hotel is new and clean.
Good breakfasts.
There is parking for an extra fee.
Cons:
There is no drinking water or slippers in the rooms, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable for this chain.
Uncomfortable pillows and mattresses, but this is possible individually.
Parking is 24€, more expensive than in Vienna.

The service is average. What's particularly funny is that they gave me a disabled room. Free parking is available next to the hotel at night. It's a 20-minute walk from the city center. There is a billa supermarket at the door.
