Great hotel just 4 minutes from main train station in Graz.
Brand new, very comfy stylish room, great size and amazing bed.
Very nice gym with the view.
Unfortunately we had dirty cups in the room during checking.
Ladies at reception desk are the most helpful and friendly

Only suited for people with small luggage. We had 2 suitcases and it was basically impossible to conveniently handle and open even one large suitcase in our hotel room.
We had no housekeeping after our first night. I don't know if this is normal or not.
Our courtyard room was quiet but a bit dark. Staff was nice.
After all, we weren't sad about leaving this hotel after two nights.

The hotel was located very close to the main railway station., just about 5 minutes walk away. The hotel looked very new and most facilities looked like new. Nevertheless the standard room assigned to me was quite small.

Graz Central Station is also close by, so it is easily accessible by train or bus. If you go down the side street, you will reach the city center, so you can walk to the city center. There is also a mart Billa right next to it. The facilities are clean, and the breakfast is clean and delicious. I recommend it! The photo is the view from the room. Graz Station is right across the street.

The bed in the room was not replaced with a new one. After asking the front desk, a new one was replaced. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is quite convenient. I hope the hygiene needs to be improved.
