A really cozy hotel! Since the moment of reservation we had the feeling that we will be special quests there. We got everything that we wanted there and even more - the huge umbrella in the rainy day, sauna in the evening, detailed replies to all our questions, small talks with the owner of the hotel. The hotel was very modern and very urban, with clean interiors, hot colors, friendly staff. I arrived very early in the morning and they gave me a room without overpriced. A bar with a wide selection of gin from all countries where this hotel chain is present is located at the reception. My room was very busy, but the windows were very isolated and it was almost nothing to feel. Excellent quality-price ratio (I paid EUR 120). The only neo: the room was quite small. The rooms are very nice and spacious with all the amenities necessary. Personnel at reception and restaurant are very helpful and smiling often. The bed is very comfortable and breakfast is great with a lot of things to choose from. Wifi works well. Be aware that if you arrive after 23:00 you need to make a call to another hotel to receive the key for getting inside and in your room. Walking distance from everything in the city centre.

The only thing I though I was going to like about this property was breakfast. Until food, cutlery, coffee, and hot water for tea disappeared 1,5 hours before the breakfast was supposed to end. Even after my numerous requests the water was not refilled. I was told by the employee that they were understaffed so she couldn’t do anything about it. The entire hotel is old and dirty. The walls, the doors - everything needs renovation. I had an amazing “graffiti” in my room (see picture attached). The breakfast was missing. They are indeed terribly understaffed - there was a long queue to check in and to check out. The staff did not react on my complaints in any way. Moreover room had an amazing view at disposal containers. What a thrill at 150 EUR a night 😖

This was our 1st stop duering our recent tour of Austria & what a great start ! After a 3hr train journey from Vienna through stunning scenery we arrived at Graz station. The hotel didnt appear to be far & only having hand luggage decided to walk which took us about 15mins. The hotel is convenient located near the old town with views over the river. Check in was both friendly & efficient which was appreciated as we had been travelling since early hours from the UK. We was very pleased with our room, bed was comfortable & our bathroom both roomy & well appointed. Duering our 2 day stay we very enjoyed our breakfasts served in the conservatory & I thought that the drinks we had in the hotel bar were very reasonable. There are terraced rear gardens with fabulous views & an outside pool but we resisted the temptation for a dip as it was mid February & about -4C 😁

Just in the center of the city, there is a one-way line on the side, and the friend who drives the car is going to drive carefully for the first time. Very good location, very close to the main attractions, walking distance, a little far from the castle. The hotel was originally an ancient building, the floor was slamming, and the hotel was filled with potted plants. Breakfast is plentiful.
