Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended to not complete the online pre registration since it asks for personal information that should not be entered online.

Check in was a nightmare. Three ladies at the desk had my reservation all screwed up. I had three rooms reserved, three different names all under one reservation. Somehow that was very difficult to understand and in the end the billing has gotten all messed up. I have been charged for three rooms and another person has been charged for two rooms when it was to be split three ways and the hotel is now telling me it isnt their problem its the app I used to book it, but yet the hotel is who ran my credit card. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, but the smell was so very musty humid.

Be advised that this hotel will place several holds on your bank card . our stay was 2 days and a total of 740.00 the hotel charged us 740.00 TWICE . i have stayed at many hotels and have never had an incidental hold for almost 800.00 . the room smelled moldy and the carpet and bed linens were damp . the breakfast provided consisted of brown bananas and toast . the housekeeping room was littered with coors light beer cans and the entranceway to hotel was surrounded by tons of cigarette smokers so it’s all you smell in lobby .

Best staff ever ! If i could give 10 stars i would. Staff was amazing friendly and great people. The 2 ladys i chatted with at the front desk are amazing definitely amazing employeesand deserve a raise ! Room was spotless bed was a bit firm but not to bad. We will definitely stay here again next rock the country. Amazing stay ❤️

Great place Super nice first stop on a short summer trip . Very nice place , quiet, easy to get to location.

We always enjoy our stay here. It’s always clean and the staff is so friendly. We highly recommend!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t try the other hotels in town.
