Lovely hotel. Staff are so friendly, helpful and always smiling. Food here is amazing and great value for money. Hotel is in a fantastic location and again a great price. Room is a good size and beat part the bed is so comfortable. Highly recommend.

Ideal location.
Welcoming and polite check in from members of staff. Didn't get chance to use resteraunt as we were in a hurry for an O2 Arena event.
Room was adequate for stay although shower head wouldn't stay in a fixed position, the toilet sprayed water at you when you flushed and it would have been nice to have a bin near kettle to put used tea bags etc in.
Checked around the room before leaving the following morning and found dog toys under the bed so obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived.

The hotel is very easy to find and located oerfectly for Lakeside or the M25/M11. Staff very friendly and Hotel Manager Kim provided excellent Customer Service. Only downside being bank holiday there was no evening food service but Uber and Deliveroo possible. Lots of carparking. Great Value. Would stay again 😁

Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall.

Staff are friendly and helpful, however booking was overlooked and I didn't get a room to accommodate the people in the booking. Room is standard/ basic, no fan or aircon, Mattress is average. Good WiFi. For the price charged specifically for that night at £58, not value for money. Location is ok, close to motorways.

Overall we were pleasantly surprised with our stay since it was our first time staying at this hotel chain.
The location was convenient being right next to the A2, yet still peaceful inside our hotel. The room was very large, the customer service was great and the value for money was so much better than the more established chains.
There’s also an independent coffee stand just a short walk from the hotel. It’s called grounded coffee and we recommend a visit.
A highly recommended hotel.
