Travelodge Thurrock Lakeside

Jasmin and Lorretta were amazing! From welcoming you in to serving drinks and food. So friendly! Room was clean and tidy and had a good night's sleep. Close to Lakeside if you want to go shopping too. I can heartily recommend this hotel just for the brilliant customer service Jasmin and Lorretta provided!

Rooms are well kept, Restaurant Meat Feast Pizza is possibly the best of all Travelodge's. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and never make you feel like your bothering them, nice genuine people. After a long day at work amongst the elements, this hotel and its staff make a hard day that little easier.

Very nice room, spacious and comfy beds. Only drawback is the lack of storage for clothing. Very friendly staff willing to go above and beyond for their guests, Lisa in particular was very helpful in organising breakfast for me as I had to leave the hotel before breakfast was actually served

Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Bed is comfy so no issues sleeping. Parking is plentiful and there’s lots of shops within a few steps if you fancy. The staff are really helpful and polite, the best by far is Lisa who always has a smile when I see her!

This hotel is perfect for shopaholics, Lakeside shopping centre, easy access train station to London or to Southend on Sea. Simply the best hotel for comfort, great hospitality and great food.

Lisa, jazz and dawn have made staying away a great experience. Have stayed here for months and usually would not recommend a travelodge but the ladies here have made staying away a pleasure. You are made to feel very welcome. And all the facilities are top notch.

Dawn, Jaz, Joanna, Lorretta, Taylar, Lisa, Trainee, Chantelle and Fatima are brilliant highly recommend staying. Never had such a laugh, would rather stay and have a pint in the lobby then go back to my room! Brilliant team, all deserve pay rises.

Receptionists play a vital role for me, and Chantelle went above and beyond, creating an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Her exceptional service exceeded my expectations, and I'm truly grateful. Additionally, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the food was delightful. A truly memorable experience overall.

Nice location, quiet and convenient as Lakeside shopping centre and all the retail parks are just across the road. Parking is convenient, right in front the hotel and the door to reception is a few steps away. Very easy to find on the satnav. Everything was easy and very convenient for a good price. Friendly staff, Lisa stood out the most for us, very helpful - would stay again.
