Our room had no remote for the TV, the phone didn't work because the cord connecting the handset to the base wasn't there. The nightlight in the bathroom didn't work. When I asked for a receipt in the morning, I was handed a sheet without the charges - everything showed zero. The young ladies who worked in the afternoon and evening were very pleasant ant helpful.

Bags of trash in hallways. Exposed electrical outlets. Eggs, sausage, and french toast sticks on breakfast buffet were barely warm.

Bathroom was disgusting. Definitely had not been cleaned. Fecal matter on the toilet seat, hair all over the floor and mold in the shower. Asked for a new room…. Second one was worse. Terrible urine smell, main door wouldn’t close, one pillow on each queen bed. Every surface was soiled. Obviously we left

Take a Chance
I am not over critical with regards to my opinions however Ramada needs an update, the hallways and stairs are badly need of repair and replacement that being said the rooms were clean and well taken care of !! Staff was great along with the breakfast provided !! I would recommend anyone to stay there...despite my negativity!!

I will not be back.
The pool was great! The bed linens were clean. The room was not clean. This hotel needs updates but that usually does not bother me if it is clean and this place is not clean. I did not experience any bugs just dirty.

Service and price was good , but room, bathroom was very dirty . Continental breakfast was good.. hotel is very dated and needs cleaning everywhere. Front desk staff was very friendly which was nice.
