The cabin is located in the recently renovated campground at the the property manager, an iconic tourist attraction established in 1926. The campground is small, quiet, and serene, surrounded by tall northern pines at the edge of the Desert’s rolling sand dunes which were deposited there at the end of the last ice age. The tourist attraction includes fascinating exhibits about the history, ecology, geology of the Desert, activities for kids, a train ride, mini golf, and much more.
