We arrived at the Jolly Drayman at approximately 3:30pm on Saturday 15th October and had to wait in the bar in the pub for customers of the pub to be served before we could check in. There was only 1 member of staff on duty and she was working extremely hard and it was no fault of hers that we were kept waiting for over 10 minutes. Our room was quite old and was extremely overpriced (£85 for 1 night without breakfast or even a packet of biscuits in the room). The hotel needed a good makeover and the owners really should pay more attention to customer service when charging so much. I wont go there again and would definitely not recommend it to you!!!

This isn’t salubrious accommodation but it’s more than adequate. We stayed in the family room it had a king size bed plus a single. The room and shower were both clean. A shelf in the bathroom and a mirror near a plug socket in the bedroom would of been helpful. Tea, coffee, kettle, microwave and a fan all in the room ironing board and hairdryer on the landing for you to use. Room a bit pricey especially as it doesn’t include breakfast.
