We loved the picturesque view of the falls from our room. The homemade chocolate chip cookies at the reception desk were also a most appreciated added bonus. We’ll definitely stay at The Inn at the Falls again.

Great location centre of town. I am sure it is lovely setting in summer beside the river. Helpful check in as one of our travel group could not manage stairs to their room so they were upgraded to a main floor room.

We stayed for three nights, because of the feel of being in a small cottage. The view was amazing , staff is friendly, room is clean and fresh. We have only good things to say about this place and will highly recommend it

Small room, small bathroom (in slight disrepair). Carpeted room is a bad idea when its snowing - suitcases, boots all drenched the carpet. Fabulous view from room and breakfast area. Breakfast itself very functional, only hot item was coffee and hot water. Not friendly. Inconvenient parking.

The setting of the inn just at the edge of the old part of town is great! The view of the river is nice. "Superior" room in the Mews is average - needs an updated/renovated bathroom. Walls are very thin in the Mews. Next time we will get Premium room. Restaurant Basilica's was excellent.

The property location is excellent, we got river facing rooms with great views. The staff and service was great too. Limited choices in dining and the continental breakfast had the least amount choices, some bread, jams, yogurt and fruit... Would definitely would've gone for more stars if not for the limited dining options.
