This lovely property has a spectacular view over Lake Como - magical to wake up to. The host is very helpful and well-organized. And we loved coming home to the peace and quiet of charming (but less thronging with tourists) Gravedona.

We stayed at CaFelicita for 12 days in the apartment 'Simpatia'. The apartment was accomodated with everything we needed and even some extras (fruit, Nespesso cups, even prosecco). Maurizio was incredibly kind and helpful. We could contact him with whatever we needed and he provided it for us. The apartment was also very clean and of course the view is priceless. It is quiet around the building which makes it very serene. My only tip would be to have dark curtains in the living room as well, as my friend and I slept apart from each other and the living room was bright to sleep in. I would recommend this apartment to everyone as it is serene, beautiful and comfortable.

The location of this property is perfect, IMHO! The ferry terminal is just a 10 mins drives and the ferry goes to Bellagio and Varenna and Menaggio. This property has a majestic view over the lake, from the pool side up to our unit. The unit we got is the best... it has bigger balcony window, and the master bedroom has a chill out area that oversee the lake! Everything about the apartment is perfect for us! Even our couple friend from France loves the vibes about the unit and the town. It's the best room I have ever stayed!

Everything Ok! Real beautiful view from the apartament . Very kind owner! Very narrow entrance to the apartment, but parking available. To the town you can go down the stairs in 15 minutes. A quiet place!

We are traveling by car from England to Croatia on a road trip and fancied some quality R & R. We certainly found it here on our three night stay. We rented the deluxe double bedroom apartment and were genuinely impressed with the quality of the apartment and its furnishings. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room/kitchen, conservatory and two balconies (one of them almost the full length of the building) overlooking the lake below. Equipment includes a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and large fridge freezer. A washer and drier for laundry are also on site. You also get your own private sunbeds allocated per room. A jacuzzi house and changing rooms on the ground floor and a lovely garden with decent size pool including an "infinity" view of the lake. Parking on site is easy. One warning though. The road up to the property is very narrow and steep. Passing other cars is quite tricky in places. Very sorry to leave this morning!

CaFelicita is a beautiful set of just 5 apartments run by a very professional owner to the highest standards. Meticulously clean, not just on arrival but also with the daily cleaning and care of the gardens and pool area. The view of Gravedona and the lake is breathtaking and the facilities are first class. CaFelicita must be amongst the very best on offer and we will definitely return.

We had a great stay at CaFelicita - the views were outstanding and the hosts were kind and extremely accommodating I would recommend hiring a car as it is difficult to get taxis in Gravedona Thank you Mauricio!

Amazing stay at CaFelicita. Lovely family who are incredibly helpful with recommendations etc and we come back every year. The view is incredible and the residence is very well located just above Gravedona.
