Tive uma grande decepção com este hotel, comida do almoço e jantar sempre reaproveitada (sem sabor), carnes duras, sendo que pesquisei Bastt e o diferencial do hotel seria as refeições! 😣 Ressalvas p o café da manhã, muito bom! As dependências do hotel são escuras, ficamos 3 dias e não houve limpeza, pelo menos nas escadas…. Decoração do Natal e réveillon estavam lindas! Parabéns aos envolvidos!

Gostei bastante do hotel, alimentação muito gostosa bom para aproveitar em família, as piscina são legais e temos acesso ao parque aquático, a recreação é sensacional faz alegrar o nossos dia com tio Paraíba é muito legal gostei bastante dele.

A comida e o atendimento são muito bons, mas as instalações são precárias. Não fazem manutenção nos quartos, banheiros com saboneteiras caindo, ralo do banheiro não dá vazão, sujeira atrás das portas, cabelo ( pra não falar outra coisa) nos lençóis. Um hotel nas termas com chuveiro elétrico!!! O que salvou a viagem foi a comida. Não vale o preço cobrado!!!

Lugar bacana para família com crianças, e para relaxar na pequena natureza nas varandas fundos dos quartos térreos, bar com bebidas ótimas Lojas próximas do hotel O restaurante? Sensacional!! Não lembro o nome da bebida mas acho que é a caipira de vinho, MARAVILHOSA

Bom lugar para descansar. Piscina do hotel muito boa. Comida com grande diversidade, porém poderia ser mais temperada e ter carnes mais macias. Buffet de saladas muito bom. Sobremesas gostosas. Café da manhã bom. Alguns atendentes poderiam ser mais gentis com os hóspedes. Recreação bem animada.

Hotel tem potencial mas precisa melhorar. Como é muito antigo, necessita manutenção e troca de mobilia. Chuveiro elétrico e bonzinho. Não é aqueles chuveiros "tradicionais" de hotel que sai um montão de água e forte. Café da manhã bom. Achei as dependências muito escuras. Todas as salas (jogos, kids, etc) e os banheiros das áreas em comum, tinham as luzes desligadas. Dava um ar de hotel fantasma ou abandonado. Senti falta de área externa verde. Só tem a área da piscina (chão de concreto), e um pequeno parquinho para crianças (com grama), pequeno mesmo. Piscina grande e muito boa! A água não estava muito quente. Num geral, nota 5.

Hotel com acomodações muito ruins, ar condicionado barulhento e banheiros velhos. Chuveiro ruim, saía pouca agua. O atendimento é bom, porém o hotel esta deixa a desejar. Tem programação mas falta comunicação. No primeiro dia iriamos fazer uma trilha, porém como não interessados suficiente o guia não foi, mas não informou depois de esperarmos 30 minutos perguntamos e ele disse que não tinha pessoas interessadas o suficiente.

O Hotel atendeu as expectativas. Ótimo custo / benefício. Fica localizado próximo ao parque aquático que tem livre acesso aos hóspedes do hotel. A cidade não está mais movimentada como antigamente, sendo ideal para quem quer aproveitar a tranquilidade do local.
