Percebi que o hotel tem duas estruturas diferentes, mas estou a avaliar com base na minha experiência. Fui alocado num quarto classificado pelo hotel como standard. Porém, o quarto era estruturalmente muito inferior aos quartos de categoria standard de todos hotéis que já me hospedei. Parece um conceito errado da classificação, pois por standard, deve-se entender por ”padrão”. E pra ser honesto, já fiquei em pousadas simples com quarto melhor. O quarto é localizado no subsolo do estabelecimento, é pequeno, contém paredes em dry wall, exceto a que dá pra rua. Apenas de estatura mediana, precisei tomar cuidado para não esbarrar a cabeço no chuveiro. Apesar disso, o custo benefício não é favorável. Não foi barato! Paguei mais barato um mês antes na cidade de São Paulo num hotel de uma rede conhecida. Café da manhã é bom. Atendimento é de razoável para bom. A rede wi-fi apresentou muita dificuldade, se for um requisito de trabalho não é recomendado esse estabelecimento. Foi uma experiência ruim.

Beautiful facility but service is not great. Gravatá can get cold at night but there was no blanket in the room. Bedsheets were not of good quality and dressed the mattress without a bed protector or any kind of bed cover. Breakfast is so so apart from the great tapiocas
