O Hotel è bem antigo, segundo funcionários tem 40 anos. Comprei para 3 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos, os quartos são bem pequenos para 4 pessoas. Nessa época faz muito frio, tem 1 piscina que è aquecida e as outras 3 são gelada. Funcionários educados. A alimentação razoável. Parabenizar ao funcionário Ronaldo que fica no bar da piscina, muito prestativo e educado.

Hotel velho e sem manutenção. Camas velhas e deformadas. Roupas de camas de tamanho menor que o colchão. Cobertores sujos e não adianta pedir limpos que a informação é que estão todos distribuídos nos quartos e não tem outros. Banheiros com paredes sujas. Café da manhã fraquíssimo.

Estive com minha família hospedado neste hotel, em Julho 2022, me arrependi na hora que cheguei na frente do hotel. Além da total velharia, quartos sujos com fedendo, móveis velhos e acabados, o mais ridículo jantar servido, sem quase nada de opção, fria, horrível. A Empetur deveria reavaliar estes hotéis antes de disponibilizar as estrelas, para que o cidadão não caia numa destas armadilhas, como foi meu caso. Não recomendo para ninguém, e jogar o dinheiro fora. Pracariedade total. Nota zero, e ainda arrancava as estrelas, muitas pousadas ainda é melhor do que isto.

Fomos em família, todo mundo sabe da pandemia mas o hotel me pareceu meio abandonado, quartos com defeitos no chuveiro e até no vaso sanitário. Restaurante sub utilizado. Pode e deve ser bem melhor os funcionários mostram grande esforço em Mudar o quadro mas pode ser melhor.
