Vrijstaande ruime opgezette bungalow met 2 etages. Woonkamer met open haard en 2 slaapkamers boven. Openslaande deuren, eetkamer, keuken, 2 slaapkamers plus badkamer beneden. Douche cabine met gordijn. Is wel smal. Bedden zijn hard, niet te doen. Extra Topper van de slaapkamer boven etage gebruikt. Stofzuiger, wasmachine, droger en wasrek aanwezig. Buitenruimte met mogelijkheid bbq en zitje. Zwembad is goed overzichtelijk met ondiep bad, wat dieper bad, klimwand, bubbelbad en glijbaan. Neem voor je kinderen een duikbril mee, het is zoutwater. Dames en heren kleedkamers zijn gescheiden. Douchen voor en na t zwemmen apart.

KEINE EMPFEHLUNG! - Falsche Abrechnung der Nebenkosten! Wir haben 4 Wochen vom 20.12 bis 20.01 in Haus Nummer 77 verbracht. In diesem Zeitraum haben wir den Stromverbrauch anhand des Zählers genau dokumentiert durch ein Foto am Anfang und am Ende. Im Gespräch wurde mir eine Abrechnung vorgelegt mit 1200 kWh! Das sind 700 kWh MEHR als wir wirklich verbraucht haben! Es wird wohl immer der Zählerstand der Vormieter genommen und wenn das Haus lange leer steht muss man das wohl mitbezahlen?! Leider wurde weder auf unsere Nachweise eingegangen, noch gab es einen Vorschlag der Klärung. Es bleibt WUCHER!!
