Our stay was good. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle - the person who answered the phone to assistance was not helpful. The shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. After we got to the hotel, everything went smoothly except that they charged us the full rate a second time. I am working with trip.com now to resolve the matter.
The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel. Only complaint was that it took them nearly 45 min to pick me up from the airport after telling me it’d be 10 minutes. Other than that excellent.

Excellent location if you need to take early flight next day. It provides free shuttle bus transport to airport 24/7. It is very impressive.

The pictures don’t compare to the room. It looked like it had been renovated with modern day feel, kitchen with all appliances, large bathroom and nice bedroom. I would stay here again. Also thank you to Cindy for her help.

I really liked the service of the majority of employees, including the manager.
They have not yet returned my deposit money, they would have to return it since I left everything in perfect condition, I am very organized and clean, I did not make the bed because I know I have to change the sheets. I am waiting for the refund since I left on Friday the hotel at 6am.
