Nice place to take the family. Lots to do here. Many nearby locations via shuttle bus. Highly recommend.

We had a really bad experience with billing that took us 3 months to resolve. They billed us for another guests room and charged us almost $2k extra for our visit and did not handle rhe resolution properly.

Stayed on Atrium side and there was so much noise and music playing. It was hard to sleep. The A/C would always auto set to 72 had to get up and change it often to cool off the room. The parking fee was high the walk was far. The self check in was down. The checking in took a while, the walk to the room was long. There were no carts to roll our luggage. Beds were hard. All food was expensive. For 456 + 25 parking + 25 resort fees plus tax and other fees, not worth it. So disappointing.

The lobby and atrium area are impressive, but my room was very tired. Definitely ready for a refresh.

This was our first stay and won’t be our last. We have already booked another trip with our whole family this time. Look forward to the summer vibes and what they bring.

I wouldn’t say the place is amazing well because it’s not. When it’s Christmas time it’s great but to stay during the winter save your money and go else where. We stayed there for a dance convention and it was because it was convenient with it being held there. There are shops and restaurants that have decent food and things to browse and spend your money on. All in all it was an alright hotel for an overpriced stay.

Booked a King room with a view, received a partial room view. I did try talk via app and it was no help. Request late check out for birthday staycation. I asked at front desk and said no availability. If you have a special night plan skip this place.

First, please train your staff to be quick and efficient at the check in counter. I received the worst customer service from Jessica/Brazil. She didn’t greet me, could barely speak any English. Her coworker checked in three guests in the time it took her to check me in! The room had no plastic laundry bags or complimentary coffee that was promised. For close to $400 a night we should get those two things. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The Gaylord’s ambience is spectacular. There are lit fireplaces, high ceilings, a stone interior entrance…feels like a castle, heated indoor & outdoor pools, fitness room, coi fish pond, running train set, water geyser, giant chocolate chip cookies, live singing pianist, thick, clean and not stained carpet heading to room. Great idea with the noiseless, clean fireworks. Parking should not be charged if you stay at a non-peak time.

The restaurants were very basic but the food was pretty good. The events surrounding the resort itself were also amazing and I loved the decorations as well. However, the room itself is where problems arose. The cleaning lady must've done a bad job because the mirror was dirty, there was blood in one of the pillows, and there were random bits of hair left over in the tub from the previous guest along with a used bandaid. This is something I would've expected from a 2-star motel, not a 4-star resort. There were also a lot of technical issues when it came to our keys. We weren't allowed to leave the parking lot twice, because the room key didn't work. But aside from the hotel room and parking failures, the resort itself is amazing. It's beautiful in there. The staff must've put a lot of effort into the decorations and upkeep of having living fish in the streams. Unfortunately, they don't clean the pond, there are a lot of people who toss pennies and quarters inside the streams. I don't think this does the fish any good.

This was a fabulous hotel to stay at with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was great. It was quiet and super comfortable. Many things to do at the hotel, plus the pool had comfortably warm water in it and a wonderful workout facility.
