The checking in and checking out process was smooth! We loved everything from the room to the waterpark. The housekeeping staff was on top of everything and made sure our room was spotless each day. Room service arrived early every time less than 20 minutes. The resort was spotless and valet is quick and easy.

Nice place to take the family. Lots to do here. Many nearby locations via shuttle bus. Highly recommend.

The walk from the self parking to the lobby is inconvenient. A little shittle would be nice. Checking in on the bonvoy site wasn't available and it took 45 mins of waiting in line to complete check in. The staff were great.

It was ok. But everything else was extra expensive. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and we had to pay the parking. We had to pay extra for the resort. No free entertainments, no shows, not a lot for kids to do except for the swimming pool that we had to pay for, I thought it would be included in the hotel price. No free breakfast. Yes. This is the last. I was hoping I would get the moneys worth that I paid for.

Very nice and safe, however, absolutely overpriced and they nickel and dime everything. Breakfast for myself and my two kids was $100!!!
